 I AM MALAR I am from combatore i ordered a gaming  computer for my son  i useing amazons payment plans. computer arrived with a damaged part .i processes a replacement  13.5.2023 dropped off my item  at KHOLS on 22.5.2023 was then told a replacement  could not be sent untill the original purchas had been recived due to the high  value                                                                                                                                                                                                   i call back a number of time folloing upn and am told  a it can to  two weeks for the  replacement to processed.  in wait and call back and am told that it was received on 29.5 2023 and it can take up to two weeks from when it was recived before refund can be processed         

 I  WANTED A REPLACEMENT NOT A REFUND
