regret to note the worst arrogant behaviour of your delivery staff . I had been a regular customer since the last 8-10 years from your Kukatpally branch, recently we have been purchasing from Chandanagar branch.

This month alone we had purchased for nearly a lakh for engagement ceremony, gifts of sarees and dhotis for our guests.

 31/August, 2022, i had purchased Kurtas delivery slip no DS2208/UF21462 and DS2208/ UF21421 at around 5.52 pm, i requested for separate packing since, this are gifts for relatives attending the engagement ceremony.

Your staff handover, brown bag to do packing myself. The bags are of so poor quality that they have torn, before reaching home.

Even grocery shops provide better bags, you could charge extra and give better packing.

Second, i had complained to the floor manager in kids section, of reluctance to show kids frock for two years kids.

Such arrogance, may be due to my simple costume.

Since my earlier experience for delivery slip no DS2208/SF23442 was not so bad.

Hope i would never visit this showroom again.
