booking.com worst flight ticket booking experience

Hi. I have booked the tickets for 4 persons including my infant via booking.com. We had a travel on Jun 2nd from SFO - SINGAPORE- TRZ. I didn't face any issue on Singapore Airlines from SFO to Singapore,but when I tried to get boarding for next transit flight Which is Flyingscoot didn't allow my infant as they mentioned ticket was not showing their end. They forced me to pay 95$ for 1 way. But I have already paid 240$ with you guys for my infant . Worst customer care experience in Singapore airline and scoot airlines. Booking.com customer not even given proper response on the concern. Finally i lost my money. feedback: Dont book via booking.com if you book then check immediately with airlines whether they reserved your ticket or not.
