i 'm niket from kurnool i am get new tata sky  connection i reachage 2400  the tatasky account i had balance of 2400 in account out of that i used 1250 for servicesThis month i noticed low balance so did cross check statment it is showing 03 rs balance So the company literally looted amount from wallet i called customer care for same and they are like we will get back to you ,its been 3 days since i have raised compaint nothijg heard from them also for repair i have raised complaint ,represenatative from there side called me and we will fix this issue but its been 07 days,no action from there side in call the coustomer service many time but there are responce.....
