 i have a vacation so  we plan to go ooty  so i booked hotel ganga  the room is No space to move in the room,no wardrobe, unclean, no proper housekeeping, no night lamp, no proper response from reception, hotel car very expensive, no varieties of food, though tasty, restaurant not maintained well. Overall not satisfactory. I won't recommend this hotel to any one.reception list not giving proper respect not giving to the customer, room dirty fully, TV channels not working this is not a plesent staying place...
