Iam buy cycle for my son after one month usage of their own product metro , in-between my 1st service I face many technical issues, when given for the first service, and to upgrade for the basic gear, they promised me that issues will cleared during service, service was not on time and the same issues and noise during ride, for the gear upgrade they charged 3500 rs. Honestly 1st service was not at all done. Iam frustrated.Worst customer service ever. They lack humbleness which every other stores have and they act oversmart when we try to tell them the things we want in a cycle. The staffs there has attitude problem like the owner, full of ego. You don’t believe me, go check it yourself.
