I was visiting Kanchipuram last week and to go to Tirupati from there I tried to book a taxi. While looking for one, I called the lemon  taxi cabs too to this number 971075330 and his name is rakul kumar. He confirmed that the taxi was available and he would share the driver and cab details once I send him 500 rupees as advance. I sincerely send the money and waited for him to confirm the details. I waited for 2 hours did not receive any… called him multiple times and his answer was 20 mins I will send. I slept over that. In the morning at 5:30 I called him again and he says that the cab was not available and ur booking has been cancelled. I was travelling with 3 senior citizens. Most pathetic and horrendous services and customer care. When I’m asking for the refund, they are simply denying to pay my money.. guys don’t ever take their services. They are cheaters… they don’t have any cabs, they only take money from people. If I could I would rate 0 stars to them.
