Never buy a Titan smart watch. You will never get service. My Titan smart watch stopped working within 3 months of purchase. I called up the customer care for service, they said somebody would contact me within 24 hours. After I called after 25 hours, they asked me to allow some more time. I called 7 days later to be told by the customer service that they have been busy and there are many more customers to be attended. The next call after 11 days, I got to know that my service request has been closed. 6.5 K down the drains. Buy a Tata Smart Watch if you want to put your money into a black hole
