Worst service from this ecommerce brand Firstcry

This is the second time it's happened, first time firstcry send us a damage sipper for my son and they replaced it finally after 1 month approx.
Now i have ordered a scooter for my son and the quality is so poor. Seat quality worst my son fallen and got his head cut also swelled. I asked them that i want to get refund and will buy a car but they are sending the same scooter again.
Pathatic service...the brand is loosing it's value as they don't value their customers
